Carney, O’Neill win USA Half Marathon titles in Houston (USA Track & Field)

HOUSTON - James Carney (Boulder, Colo.) and Kate O'Neill (Palo Alto, Calif.) took the respective men's and women's titles at the USA Half Marathon Championships in Houston, Texas.
